All buildings are built using pressure treated timber making them resistant to rot and mould, however, we do suggest treating your building every 2-3 years to see the best results. We also suggest coating your building with an oil-based water sealant within 7-days of installation to help keep the building watertight. 

 

Wood is a natural product meaning it will expand and contract with different weather types, again this is normal and to be expected of any garden building.

Delivery and Installation

We require a solid and level base to be ready on the day of installation, if the base is not solid and level this may cause issues with your building further down the line. If issues occur due to your faulty base, that unfortunately is not our responsibility. If the base is not fit for purpose on the day of installation, you may be charged for us having to come out at a later date to reinstall.

We require at least 7.5ft high clearance into your garden with no obstructions or tight angles getting to the base.
